This website is operated by PT Magna Karya Indopura, a limited liability company registered in Jakarta, Indonesia. Questions about this notice or your data can be sent to info@magnakarya.com.
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you enter: name, company, email, optional phone or WhatsApp number, country, destination, product interest, estimated volume, buying frequency, and your message. We also record the time of submission, the page through which you arrived, campaign parameters in the link (UTM), the referring website, your browser type, and a one-way hashed form of your IP address used only to limit spam. We also record, without your name or contact details, when the enquiry form is started and when the WhatsApp or email links are clicked. We do not store your IP address in readable form.
We use enquiry data to assess and answer your commercial request, to follow up on it, and to keep internal sales records. Technical and campaign data are used for security and to understand which channels bring enquiries. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent given in the form and to take the steps you request before a possible agreement, in line with Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. Data are stored on our website hosting provider's servers and in our internal sales records, and are accessible only to authorised company personnel and service providers who need them to handle your enquiry.
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and to meet legal record-keeping obligations. Data that are no longer needed are deleted or anonymised.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@magnakarya.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal. Please do not send passwords, payment credentials, or other confidential information through the public form.
The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores your language choice, and for the current browser session only, the page and campaign link through which you arrived.
