Our cloves are sourced directly from smallholder farmers in the Minahasa highland region of North Sulawesi — known for its volcanic soil and high-altitude growing conditions that produce cloves with exceptional eugenol content and aromatic depth.
We offer two primary export grades tailored to international buyer requirements. All lots are hand-sorted, dried to target moisture levels, and undergo third-party pre-shipment inspection before loading.
| Grade | Moisture | Stems | Defects | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| HPS (Hand Picked Selected) | ≤ 12% | ≤ 2% | ≤ 2% | Specialty / European buyers |
| CG1 / Grade 1 | ≤ 14% | ≤ 5% | ≤ 5% | Food manufacturing |
| FAQ (Fair Average Quality) | ≤ 16% | ≤ 8% | ≤ 8% | Industrial / bulk processing |
